No-Bake Energy Balls

(Toronto Veg Food Fest 2016)


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dry old fashioned oats (we used Bob's Red Mill Organic rolled oats)
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (Camino fair trade)
  • 2/3 cup almond butter (365 Everyday Value)
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar (Wholesome Sweeteners)
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed (Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (Simply Organic)


Method:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then roll into energy balls!

An easy, healthy, and delicious snack!
